Drum Cafe kicks off Miss World 2009
The Drum Cafe has been selected for the 2009 Best of San Antonio Award in the Business Services category
Drum Cafe performs at the final Show of the traditional DLV (Deutscher Laichtathletik Verband) Meeting in Wattenscheid.

Powerful drumming, a black-red-golden rain of confetti and a lap of honour. With the support from Drum Cafe and despite the light rain 10000 fans celebrated the national team of the DLV in an inspiring event and sent it to the world championship in Berlin (August 15. to 23.)
Drum Cafe brought 1000 drums and distributed them to the young fan clubs of kids between 6 and 18 years. With that band located on the running track and 10000 fans, most of them equipped with paper clappers from the main sponsor
DAK, the stadium was transformed into a stunning rhythm machine. Carried by those rhythms the athletics entered the stadium so that drums, applause and the enthusiasm of the fans mixed into an unforgettable sound experience. For thousands of years drumming is the perfect means to bring people together and motivate them for coming challenges. No wonder this was the perfect finale of the gala just before the world championship in Berlin.

The Drum Cafe kicks off the MPI - WEC 2008 in Las Vegas with an interactive drumming session that included 4300 meeting planners in attendance.
The Drum Cafe wrapped up the general session with an interactive performance of 4300 attendees, all of whom had a drum. The Drum Cafe exited the session by marching the entire audience out behind the drummers and onto the trade show floor.

Drum Cafe Dazzles at Beijing Opening Ceremonies
The world was in attendance via satellite television for what was revered to be the most elaborate opening ceremonies in history last Friday. Among the acts, Drum Cafe's interactive performance team was proud to lead in atheletes from South Africa's olympic and paralympic teams.
"Nothing brings together a crowd like the sound of rhythmic drumming; it really helped to build excitement and anticipation for the audience and the athletes. Our message has always been to unite, uplift and inspire, and it was great to be a part of the ultimate representation of that; the opening ceremonies for an olympic games. It was a very magical experience for all who attended, and viewed the event on television" says Danny Aaron, from Drum Cafe.
