Drum Rally
It’s a perfect fit!! We know in working with students ranging from Pre-K to College, everyone has a part, no matter how small or great it is.
Everyone’s unique contribution manifests itself within the group. Everybody gets a drum, which lends to the power of the kinesthetic learning experience.
Youth will learn about (and play) the Djembe Drum from West Africa, while understanding what's needed to create a community rhythm in cooperation with each other.
When we learn to play together and make music together, in perfect harmony, think of the end results! Our youth program speaks directly to the power of listening, and demonstrating respect through this cooperative, musical collaboration.
Within minutes, students are focused, energized, aligned and they are ready to slam dunk the target!!
