Help Us Help You Unite, Uplift and Inspire

DCW team eventIn the business of designing corporate team building programs, one key element of being successful is being able to deeply understand the needs of every organization we are approached by. Sometimes we’re contacted to help mend deep rifts between warring departments. Other times, we’re approached to help turn a celebratory event into an opportunity to even further inspire and unite a team. Then there are those occasions when we are called in to simply entertain at the company Christmas party.

Whatever the event, our number one goal is to satisfy the needs of our clients at a budget level they are comfortable with. And let’s face it— every client’s budget is different.

In order to help us best serve you, there are a few things that we need to know in order to design your program and provide a quote.

What is your budget? If you haven’t discussed an exact number, then try to get into a ballpark range. We’ve designed events to accommodate budgets starting from $1,500 to well over $50,000. That’s the beauty of our program— it’s flexible. But in order to satisfy your goals, it’s essential that we know where we’re starting from.

  2. How many attendees will you be expecting? This can be a ballpark starting point, but it is key for designing a successful program. The size of the group greatly impacts what type of exercises we can do; we just need to know so we can scale the activities.
  3. What is the overall goal/need of your organization? What are you looking to accomplish from this event? How will you gauge its success? These are key details that we need to know so that we can ensure the program designed hits these goals.

By providing us with these key points, you help us to help serve you best to make sure our event best accomplishes your organization’s goals.
